2. With a flat bottom with a chamber height of 12mm – This variant is designed for queens growing up to 12-13mm in length. The lower chamber height provides suitable conditions for smaller queens, maintaining optimum humidity and temperature inside the nest.
3. With an undulating bottom with a chamber height of 20mm – This variant is ideal for colonies of ants such as Myrmecia or Harpegnathos. The undulating chamber bottom provides additional space and allows the ants to behave naturally, which is particularly important for more demanding species.
